Corporate Governance
Bionomics supports the initiatives of the ASX Corporate Governance Council. The Company has in place a program to ensure that it meets all the recommendations included in the Principals of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations released by that Council in March 2003. The Company already has a range of policies in place covering many aspects of the business including Corporate Governance.
